FORMULATION AND BULK WAREHOUSING

The formulation area is furnished with:

• Stainless steel mixers with different capacity (from 3.000 to 12.000 LT.)
• Warehouse tanks for finished products with different capacity (from 10.000 to 200.000 LT.)
• Warehouse tanks for organic solvents with different capacity (from 10.000 to 40.000 LT.)

PACKAGING

The packaging area is furnished with:

• Automatic packaging lines for liquids. Packaging capacity goes from 10cc. to 10lt.

Every packaging line is supplied with stations for thermo-welding, lot number printing and Nitrogen purging when required

Packaging capacity may change according to the characteristics of every product, however lines can reach the amount of 15.000 pieces in a single work shift

• Semi-automatic filling machines for big quantities. Packaging capacity goes from 20 to 200 LT.

LABORATORY

The laboratory is used for quality tests; it's set inside the plant and it's supplied with GC and HPLC, besides the usual equipment

WAREHOUSES

Five independent warehouses are used for raw materials and finished product. The total surface is 1.500 m2

Warehouses are supplied with safety facilities such as fire-fighting equipment, anti-theft devices, special systems that stop liquids from pouring out of their containers in case of accident

UTILITIES

The factory is equipped with all those facilities that both formulation and packaging process may need:

• Steam boilers
• Compressed air generator
• Cooling tower
• Aspirator
• Workshop
